This report offers an <strong>in-depth analysis<\/strong> of the <strong>Startup<\/strong> and <strong>Venture<\/strong> <strong>Capital<\/strong> ecosystem of <strong>Central and Eastern Europe<\/strong> (CEE), a region that has emerged as a powerful innovation hub over the past decade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-text-align-justify\">Drawing on extensive data and Eleven\u2019s strategic insights, the paper highlights how CEE has become a <strong>rising innovation hub<\/strong>, home to over <strong>26,000 startups<\/strong>, <strong>52 unicorns<\/strong>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.11.vc\/the-state-of-startups-and-venture-capital-in-cee\/\"><strong>\u20ac213 billion in enterprise value.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-text-align-justify\">In this study, we examine how public and private capital are shaping growth trajectories, how<strong> key sectors<\/strong> like <strong>AI<\/strong> and <strong>Climate Tech<\/strong> are attracting global attention, and how cities such as Warsaw, Tallinn, and Sofia are becoming <strong>major entrepreneurial hubs<\/strong>.
