Magnetti Building offers a &#8220;turnkey&#8221; service, managing all phases of the building process \u2013 from design and construction to maintenance \u2013 while guaranteeing high <strong>quality <\/strong>and a sense of <strong>safety<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Initial situation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>objective<\/strong> of this project was to perform a <a href=\"https:\/\/jeme.it\/services\/analisi-mercato\/\">market analysis<\/a> of the European and Italian prefabricated sectors, focusing on cost trends and material usage. The findings would serve a dual purpose: to <strong>formulate a strategic plan<\/strong> for strengthening <a href=\"https:\/\/jeme.it\/en\/services\/strategic-positioning-analysis-on-the-market\/\">market positioning<\/a> and to assess the evolving preferences of younger professionals, aiding the company\u2019s efforts toward <strong>organic growth<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>JEME&#8217;s contribution<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A <strong>preliminary analysis<\/strong> was conducted to understand the client&#8217;s operations, product offerings, and the &#8220;innovative architecture&#8221; division \u2014the project&#8217;s focal point.&nbsp;<ul><li>The <strong>Demand Analysis<\/strong> was divided into two parts: a review of <strong>secondary <\/strong>sources to gain deeper insights into the prefabricated market and <strong>primary sources<\/strong> \u2014five <strong>case studies<\/strong> based on interviews with potential customers. Following this, the <a href=\"https:\/\/jeme.it\/en\/about-us\/team\/\">Team <\/a>gathered key details on the main clients and partners of the competitors, focusing on their scale and reach. This included identifying prominent architectural firms, engineers, and contractors frequently involved in their projects, along with any ongoing strategic partnerships.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Building on the previous findings, <strong>market trends<\/strong> were <strong>defined<\/strong>, the<strong> client\u2019s position <\/strong>relative to competitors was <strong>clarified<\/strong>, and <strong>target firms<\/strong> were <strong>identified<\/strong>. The objective was to <strong>develop a strategy<\/strong> guiding the client\u2019s <strong>expansion<\/strong> within the prefabricated design segment.
