Starting from the first contact phase, the centrality of the customer is a crucial aspect for JEME. In fact, at this stage, after receiving a request, JEME carries out some preliminary analyses to better understand the customer's business and to be able to immediately provide a valid and professional response. It is always at this stage that calls or meetings with the customer are fixed and a shared line of action begins to be structured.
Then we organize a meeting with the customer to understand their needs and discuss the strategy to be adopted. Subsequently our Sales Managers, assisted by Sales Supporters, take care of creating a highly personalized commercial proposal, aimed at highlighting and concretely defining the development of the project.
Once the commercial proposal has been completed, a solid operational strategy has been outlined and the customer's needs understood, the project can begin. Each project is followed by a dedicated team, led by a Project Manager, whose task is both to organize the team and to collaborate closely with the customer. The Project Manager is flanked by a Senior Auditor, who is responsible for supervising the correctness of the processes and ensuring that the quality standards that distinguish JEME are achieved.
