A Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis on Savings in Italy, Oval Money 2018

  • Post published:31 October 2018

On the occasion of the ninety-fourth world day of savings, Oval Money, an innovative startup that aims to revolutionize the world of savings by bringing the distance between people and finance, commissions JEME a project to study the approach of Italians with savings. In particular, the project is carried out in a detailed analysis of primary sources, divided into the distribution of surveys and focus groups, with consequent analysis of the results.

Here the words of our Project Manager Leonardo D’Achille:

“Working on this project as Project Manager was a great opportunity, both for the importance of the customer and the intrinsic nature of the subject.

The biggest challenge faced by the Team was certainly to be able to analyze the issue of saving not only from a macro-economic perspective but also exploring the psychological roots and actions that drive savers in the day-by-day.

Thanks to an analytical approach, followed from the beginning, and the collaboration of Oval Money, it has been possible to identify the drivers that guide consumers in the choices of savings and spending”
