JEME Bocconi Studenti enters into a partnership with Grimaldi

  • Post published:2 February 2021

Grimaldi Studio Legale presents its partnership with the JEME Bocconi Studenti Association, a junior enterprise that has always supported young people and has been very successful, for over thirty years, in particularly providing services to start-ups operating in various sectors.

The purpose of this collaboration is to bring strategic legal professional services closer to young companies, who are aware that the gap that too often separates start-ups from traditional firms must be bridged. In particular, this project will also involve the youngest professionals of the Firm, who in their respective practice areas, and with the constant involvement of the Firm’s Partners, will be in direct contact with young entrepreneurs and start-ups.

“Our intention is to be present in the development of companies from the very beginning, bringing Firms and start-ups closer and reducing the distance between them, we must learn to speak their language, to offer them the competences they need, to make sure that their growth projects last over time and increase the chances of success of start-ups”, states Francesco Sciaudone, Managing Partner of Grimaldi.

“The collaboration with a leading international law firm such as Grimaldi will further increase the value that JEME is able to bring to the start-ups belonging to its network, while conveying the importance of working in a solid legal context. We are confident that the partnership will create new opportunities and broaden our association’s operational horizon”, states Riccardo Cella Mazzariol, President of JEME.

Grimaldi Studio Legale operates in Rome, Milan, Bari, Parma, Brussels, London, Lugano and New York, as well as in over 50 jurisdictions with the partners of the Grimaldi Alliance.
